Delivery & ORDER information
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across Mauritius, however there is a minimum spend of Rs500.
How quickly will i receive my order?
Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order. We aim to deliver within 48 hours but we conduct deliveries on based on regions.
We Deliver Mondays to Saturdays between 9am to 6pm.
Can i change my order or delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, it may be possible to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Can i collect my order?
We do not accept collection, please contact us if you have an issue with delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfers or MCB Juice. Payment for your order is required upon delivery. If payment is not provided, the delivery may need to be rescheduled.
Do you accept refunds on Mogu Mogu products?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. However, if your product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery, a refund or replacement may be arranged.
